Loved my very good stay in a long time. The bed was nice, and the room itself was nice.

Some people working there were not so helpful.

Overall had very comfortable stay in a long time. I took a double room with an excellent bed and the facilities plus a private bathroom. Also, I appreciated how top the location was.

The bathroom was very dirty, I didn't like it.

The venue was quiet little, it had pleasant staff and rooms.

There were rock hard beds.

I enjoyed the place due to lovely staff and location.

All in all, it was fantastic base for travelling to Birmingham.

The place was fairly clean, brand-new rooms. Very central location close to city centre. I appreciated the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

Simple place to stay, top location. I enjoyed convenient placing of central heating, an iron and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the king room. Particularly good bathrooms. Nice hot breakfast, good service.

The nicest place to stay when travelling to Birmingham. Staff were sweet, view from our room was particularly good. A great selection of food options close to the venue. Fairly clean hotel and excellent service.

I enjoyed the place, stayed there for 2 nights. Rooms with the facilities and a private bathroom plus an excellent bed. Staff were welcoming and kind, everything was nice.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was straightforward and worked for me. Soft beds, central heating, an iron and a TV set were a nice touch. The breakfast was adequate with plenty of meals.

Service was special and food was perfect. I had a welcoming room, though the view it had was not very good. Always very friendly, the staff were eager to help. Amazing location in the beautiful area: )

It was a SUPERB stay. We enjoyed to be here, its staff and service. That was fancy hotel set in good area. Stylish building, clean and comfortable bedroom. Brilliant pool area too.

i appreciated that it was fairly clean and good standard, the staff were wonderful and rooms were non-smoking. it was across the fairly quiet area. 20 km away from birmingham airport.

It was as expected, had a very very good stay. I got free upgrade and loved it. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was very useful. Great stay in this secure area...

Taste of khyber was set 10 minutes walk away. Chilled-out base for a vacation in Birmingham! We really enjoyed staying at prime lodge.

this hotel was situated adjacent to tourist destinations like birmingham back to. 5 min walk from duddeston train station. we appreciated everything.
